What I'm Up To
Tech & Writing
Ant Hill began as a writing project of mine in high school, and I've just kept it going ever since. Set in a dystopian alternative history, Ant Hill explores the themes of physical isolation, personal expression, and bureaucratic, totalitarian rule. If you're a fan of Bioshock, The Compound, or Welcome to Night Vale, you'll like Ant Hill.
West Zweiwood Techmatics started as a joke in my office, which made its way to my Interactive Design class. As a test bed for my little web jokes and widgets, WZT combines goofy technobable and some decent .js thingies.
I hosted a number of Launchy skins on deviantArt before leaving the site in 2022 - you can download a few of them here:
Performing
My partner and I are fairly active in the New England drag scene - you can find more of my perfomances as Atari Links at my Linktree here.
I perform as comic light opera tenor with the Sudbury Savoyards - you can find tickets for our most recent show every late winter (Feb/Mar) at SudburySavoyards.org/tickets
I've worked on a number of short films and movies as an actor, producer, writer, and sound artist - here's just a few:
I'm an obsessive trivia nerd - during high school I spent a few seasons on WGBH's High School Quiz Show, and became a fan favourite, getting called back for an alumni special. I also became the face of their ad campaign for the series.
"Work"
I've worked mostly freelance in entertainment, technology, marketing, events, and more. You can see where I've worked & what I do on my Linkedin, or you can see my resume here. Currently I work for CarGurus in downtown Boston on IT operations.
I trade my various technical support skills, programming, web projects, and other fiddly electronic things as 5gears - you can find more about that at 5gears.tech.
